Shep's may well be the oldest extant brewing company, dating back to 1698, but the oldest brewery site with continuous brewing is the Ram Brewery in Wandsworth (1550-ish), beating Faversham (1573) by a couple of decades. The Three Tuns is a relative newcomer at 1642 (and ceased brewing for several periods).
