The City Pub Group takeover by Youngs looks likely to complete on 4 March . Some of their 43 pubs (shown on their home page) are quite significant in drinking terms, others less so with considerable room for improvement, but I doubt it will be a positive step overall.

From what I've been reading they have plenty other assets which could theoretically be seized to foot the bill.
I won't hold my breath though as they will surely appeal the ruling.
If it does get rebuilt let's see if the 35 Thousand people who joined the Facebook page actually use it!
