Had a butchers at all the opinions: he only replies to those with 1-star and only when the customer would appear to be genuinely unreasonable. Where the punter seems to have a genuine gripe, e.g. booked a table for a birthday and was told it wasn't available due to a double booking - he keeps schtum. In fact, his rants amount to about five out of 582 reviews. Where people have a 1-star complaint about the food, his general manager responds, usually offering an apology. So maybe he's a reasonable man, protecting his business from drunken louts with an axe to grind.
