Vibrant Forest -- Antidote

A Three Chilli Stout,it poured with a ruby coloured head which quickly dissipated .An Imperial Stout at 7.5% ,the initial nose was raspberry but the first sip was powerful ancho, guajillo and chipolte peppers on the mouth and at the back of the throat.I'm a fan of hot food but this initial hit may put a lot of folk off. However as ther beer goes down this morphs into more of a warming sensation. The nose of the beer as it goes down also changes to antiseptic and musty ,much like old brickwork inside a canal tunnel . However it still went down and the overall experience was positive. Won't suit everybody but one of the better chilli beers I've tried .7/10
