Last night these beers from morrisons kept me amused

magic rock -clairvoyance 7.2 score 8.5
northern monk -order of the faith 6.0 score 7.75
northern monk -new world 7.6 score 8.0

not in the beer section but on the end of an aisle I found this £1.89 or 4 for £6

tower -burton ale 6.0 score 6.5 Thought i would give it a try but wary of this brewer on past experience .Really malty and brown and decent if this is your style of beer.

more or less 14 units so that's me used up my weeks drinking credits according to health advisers

Amused me too, with your score of 31 out of 40 for Order of the Faith. I think I'll pop up to my nearest Morrisons now and see whether I agree with you!

Luckily for me my wife doesn't drink, so I get to use her credits as well as my own.

It was back to The Bridge End Inn today for another takeaway.
Nice to be in a pub seeing the handpumps used (Two metres away!).
The Rudgate B B Bitter was very pleasant but the East London Pale was, and still is, pure magic in a glass.

At £2.50 per pint it competes quite well with the local supermarkets (Except Aldi!)

No, you never know who you're going to bump into there. I prefer the regulars in the Pubs Galore Bar, rough though they are.

Moved on to Harbour Antipodean IPA 5.5% .I was expecting a hop bomb but the only nose is a very faint toffee. There are some hops but the sweetness is the main feature.Dry finish but doesn't slip down 6/10
