    Hanlons Yellow Hammer
    Hanlons Port Stout
    GT Ales Thirst Of Many
    Marstons Bass

Bristol Beer Factory Milk Stout (keg)
    Tapestry Swingball
    Pennine Hair Of The Dog
    Colchester AKA Pale
    Colchester Jack Spitty
    Slaters Amarillo
    Potbelly A Piggin IPA

    Surrey:

    Tillingbourne: Dormouse 3.8%abv -
Dark amber, malty Bitter with a strange metallic back taste. Not really my taste, buts helps fund a Dormouse recovery project.
Tillingbourne:Hop Troll 4.8%abv. Not a hop monster:a mellow session IPA.Some mint from the hops. My BOTW.

Porto and Croydon.More of a wine and related week.

    Super Bock -- Lager
    Super Bock -- Negro (bottle)
Musa -- Red Zeppelin IPA * (bottle)
    Thornbridge -- Jaipur IPA * (> 3PT)

Although I enjoyed the Red Zeppelin,BOTW goes to Thornbridge Jaipur IPA on fine form in The George

    Next week looks quiet.

    Yorkshire and Durham this week:

    Titanic - Plum Porter
    Hadrian Border - Copperfield
    Camerons - Old Sea Dog
    Taylors - Landlord
Marstons - New Elvet Pale Ale ( probably rebadged EPA)
    Nottingham - Legend
    Black Storm - Aurora Smash
Turning Point - Lucid Dream (K)
    Conwy - Welsh Pride
North Riding - Rum & Raisin Dark Mild
Sarah Hughes - Dark Ruby Mild
    Roosters - Baby Faced Assassin
    Adnams - Lighthouse
    Donkeystone - Cotton Clouds
    Harrogate - Salted Caramel Porter
    Roosters - Cream

easy win for Sarah Hughes - Dark Ruby Mild with the advantage of a reasonable amount of alcohol to keep the Corona away

BOTW Salopian Whirligig. Pale, gently cirtussy and 4.0%. An ideal thirst quencher from a reliable brewer.

Really enjoyed my beer, this week. Several enjoyable new finds and a handful of old favourites on good form.

Wilde Child - Days of Wilde.
    Rat - Dark Ratanic Mills.*
    Wilde Child - Humble Beginnings.
    Northern Monk - Faith.*
    Tigertops - Kolsch Style.
    Electric Bear - Werrrd.*
    Jolly Boys - Marshmallow Porter.
    North Riding - Citra.*
    Magic Rock - Dark Arts.*
    Stancill - Appraisal.
    Elland - 1872 Porter.*
    Great Heck - Navigator.
    Manchester Brewing - Pakehu.
    Moor - Hoppiness.
    Magpie - Cherry Porter.

An easy winer, this week. The Dark Ratanic Mills (9%) was absolutely superb. Billed as an 'Imperial Smoked Mild', I found it complex and rich, with great balance for its strength. Plus, none of the harshness you get with some German rauchbiers. My beer of the year, so far. Tried in The Hop, Wakefield.

Robinsons - Trooper. Was sceptical seeing it sticky noted at £2/pint in Thornaby's Dubliners but went down well for three pints and some beer gardening.
