Couple of name changes in Cov

Following my trip to Coventry a couple of updates.

The Fairfax should be the Fairfax Club - http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/56148/

The Flanker & Firkin is now called The Squirrel - http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/38106/

I think The Albany Club - http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/57252/ is a members only place with an annual membership fee. We couldn't get in at any rate !! Sorry to open the old can of worms so I will let you decide if it should be listed !!

We have updated the names of the Fairfax Club and The Squirrel.

As to the Albany Club, no-one has contributed and photos or reviews so I think it is probably fair enough for us just to remove it from the listings.
