    A good week :-

    Holden's Black Country Mild 3.7%
    Weird Beard Black Perle 3.8%
    Holden's Black Country Bitter 3.9%
    North Riding Cascade Pale 4.0%
    Titanic Black Ice 4.1%
    Fixed Wheel Wheelie Pale 4.1%
    Ludlow Gold 4.2%
    Oakham Citra 4.2%
    Ludlow Black Night 4.5%
    Salopian Kalon 4.5%
    Loddon Hocus Pocus 4.6%
    Ludlow Boiling Well 4.7%
    Arbor C Bomb 4.7%
    Frome Gulp IPA 5.0%
    Ludlow Stairway 5.0%
    Salopian Goldeb Thread 5.0%
    Hplden's Special 5.1%
    Fernandes Black Voodoo Stout 5.1%
    Ludlow Idaho 5.2%
    Abbeydale Absolution 5.3%
    Brewdog Punk IPA (keg) 5.4%
Little Critters Nutty Ambassador (keg) 6.0%
    Sarah Hughes Snowflake 8.0%
Brewdog / Bearded Iris Multitrack (can) 8.5%

This will probably be the last week of silly strength beers as I'm going for the Sarah Hughes Snowflake which was a very pleasing £3.90 in the Great Western. Three that were just as good but less strong are the C Bomb, Golden Thread and Black Voodoo Stout.None were offensive but the Ludlow Idaho was too sweet.

    Lincoln Green Marion
    Wantsum Black Prince
    Great Western Moose River
    Purity Bunny Hop
    Timothy Taylor Golden Best
    Erdinger Alkoholfrei
    Ascot Gold Cup
    Oakham Citra
    Heritage Charrington Oatmeal Stout
    Rothaus Hefeweizen Zapfle
    Bangla (Lager)

A fair week including a visit to the Indian, hence the Lager plus a couple of non Alcohol bottles due to driving duties, the Rothaus wheat beer being quite good for what it is.
However BOTW has to be Oakham Citra sailing through the 10 pint barrier over the weekend.

    Saltaire - Chocoholic
    Rudgate - Brew 33
    Peroni - Lager
    Budvar - Lager
    Issac Poad - No84
    York - Chocolate Stout
    Bristol Beer Factory - Stout
    Treboom - Yorkshire Sparkle
    Brass Castle - Bad Kitty
    Marble - Lagonda
    Roosters - Mind Games
    Brew York - Tonkoko
    Wilde Child - Excessive Behaviour
    Roosters - Howl V7
Left Handed Giant - Original Format
    Turning Point - Lucid Dream

Previously Bad Kitty could have walked it but they appear to have changed the recipe, it's now less sweet, less chocolaty and less pleasant, up against some other excellent stouts it had no chance, tough fight at the top but Roosters Howl wins again.

Variety largely provided by the ever reliable Nags Head in Reading:

    TT Landlord
    Kirkstall/Vocation Betamax*
    Vibrant Forest Black Forest*
    Vibrant Forest Hearth
    Vibrant Forest Stone Sap*
    Oakham Bishops Farewell*

Tricky call between the Betamax, Black Forest and Stone Sap which were all excellent. BOTW Vibrant Forest Black Forest. A deliciously smooth 4.9% porter with coffee and a hint of liquorice.

    Watford,Reading,South Norwood and Croydon.

    Timothy Taylor -- Landlord (>3PT)
Siren -- Going Out Stout (Respberry Ripple Stout)
    Kirstall / Vocation -- Betamax *
Vibrant Forest -- Black Forest *
Vibrant Forest -- Stone Sap *
    Mad Squirrel -- Evolve
    Burning Sky -- Aurora * (3PT)
    Thornbridge -- Jaipur IPA *

Some very good pints in there but another vote for BOTW in Vibrant Forest Black Forest ,an outstanding porter in The Nags Head.

    Next week a lot quieter.
