Oakham -- Citra *
Blythe -- Palmers Poison *
Beowulf -- Torque of the Town
Nottingham -- Centurion ND *
Beowulf -- Black & Blueberry
Cloudwater -- West Coast Pale *(keg)
BOTW goes to Nottingham Centurion ND on very fine form in the ever reliable Angel Ale House..This beer is described by the brewery as a strong mild but at 4.9% tasted to me like a porter.I'm not sure what the difference would be.
Next week includes a trip to Gdansk which may throw up something interesting.
"Good people drink good beer" Hunter S Thompson
Errant - Wildlands, in Stockton's Golden Smog. Ought to have had a trip out to Guisborough instead but a household problem meant staying local.

Varied week:
Purity Mad Goose*
Black Sheep
Oakham Citra*
Blythe Palmers Poison*
Beowulf Torque of the Town
Nottingham Brewery Centurion ND*
Beowulf Black and Blueberry
Salopian Oracle*
Abbeydale Moonshine*
Oakham Thrill Seeker
Oakham Bishops Farewell*
Quite a range and the Centurion ND and Oracle went down especially well but BOTW goes to Blythe Palmers Poison. A very well executed best bitter with an initial malty sweetness, depth of flavour and dry hoppiness which ensures a fast dispatch.
