    Default Brighton

We have Brighton soon in a cup match on an evening. It is impossible to get back the same night so I was expecting to travel in and out by coach and have no time for beers but I think I have ditched that idea!
The new plan is to book a hotel and arrive early afternoon giving me 3 to 4 hours to cram in a few pubs.
I know you all did a crawl a couple of years back so you must have some good suggestions - if you can remember much!
    Cheers,
    Del.

Depends what you're looking for. The Brighton Crawl thread really gets moving at post 52, and I piped up in post 81.

Pre-match in the city tends to be fairly relaxed (albeit crowded) with no segregation that I've encountered, but fans do tend to congregate around the station area - main attractions here would be Evening Star, Prince Albert & Lord Nelson.

Good choices by Paul, I would add that The Great Eastern is worth a look a little further on past The Lord Nelson.

Looks like a few decent pubs around the station so I'll probably stick to that area. I do want to pop in The Victory Inn though. I just like the look of the building!

You may, in that case, also be interested in The Quadrant (though I think that it might be closed for a bit of refurbishment currently).
