Gutted not to have Tom Cobley, a friend was getting married in that direction-ish but pub was shut for staff outing. Others visited after the wedding and send me photos from the cellar tour they got, grrr..!!!

I did it for free by bus from Liverpool when I was there to visit the new JDW. I didn't go to any other St Helens pubs as it's somewhat out on a limb. There was certainly enough beers and ciders to try!

Oh dear, I haven't been to any of them!
The two regular cask ales and stone age opening times put me right off the place. At least there's an infrequent bus service.

If the Bell wins then the etching of my name onto one of the bricks in the Planetarium will gain national siginificance. Maybe.
