Stanley's Alehouse is now called Farmacy. It's worth noting that Whatpub's entry includes the previous name in brackets but I feel this is inaccurate.

Up to Camra what they put on their site, however generally if the name is changed it ought to read "previously ....", if it's an alternative name, like say Black Swan (Mucky Duck), then it's brackets.
