I haven’t been paying attention to anyone’s train exit strategy so apologies if that is too late a finish for some.

And I have to point out also that is using google maps walking pace and not Aqualung walking pace..
I'm sure Aqualung has his own plans.

I designated three pubs as "wild cards" because a) I have been there and wasn't that impressed, or b) the description on WP and/or PG wasn't all that tempting. Obviouly, if people like them and want to spend half an hour there, that's fine.

Your timings are very similar to mine, but I get the impression that the walk from Nags Head to Cross Foxes and back will be worthwhile, but obviously those who don't agree can skip that and do other stuff instead, as always.

    Cross Foxes

    Three Fishes
    Coach and Horses
    Wheatsheaf
    Admiral Benbow
    Armoury
    Woodman
    Royal Oak

This also gets Wyle Cop out of the way while still soberish , its a bit steep , you can always nip in the Lion Hotel for a snifter near the top .
Thanks for the heads up about the Admiral Benbow opening times.

Is this now the running order for the crawl ?

It may help late arrivals to get some agreement here.

Could I suggest moving the Wheatsheaf up to before the Nags Head, which breaks up the walk and avoids doubling back later?
    Which makes it:

    Salopian
    Wheatsheaf
    Nags Head
    Cross Foxes
    Yorkshire House
    Loggerhead
    Three Fishes
    Coach and Horses
    Admiral Benbow
    Armoury
    Woodman
    Royal Oak
On leaving the bar, I felt a strong blow to the back of my head. Turning round, I discovered it was the pavement

Me again! Adding times showed the last list was still too early for the Benbow, so I have reworked again, bringing the Armoury back to the start and adding the Crown after the Cross Foxes (while we are in the area), or could be something more central if preferred. Arrival times 30 mins apart.

    Salopian >1200
    Armoury 1230
    Wheatsheaf 1300
    Nags Head 1330
    Cross Foxes 1400
    Crown/other 1430
    Yorkshire House 1500
    Loggerheads 1530
    Three Fishes 1600
    Coach & Horses 1630
    Admiral Benbow 1700
    Woodman 1730
    Royal Oak 1800

That's helpful.Colin arrives at 12.19 and Clive at 12.44 so now I've got a rough idea where to direct them to.

Right, well I'm hopeful of making it tomorrow - however Tammy definitely can't join us.

I've put together a map based on the latest iteration from Pangolin with timings assuming 25 minutes per pub.

Sorry, troops. Can't make this one. Have a good day, everyone.

Looks like it's going to be a no from me as well.

If any of the overnighters like Thai food I can strongly recommend Castle Thai on Castle Gates.

I've been going there for years, the last time was earlier this year. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's good!
