    Quiet week which included:

    Oakham Bishops Farewell*
    Purity Mad Goose
and BOTW Abbeydale Moonshine which slid easily past the three pint test on a warm and sociable Sunday afternoon.

    Very slim pickings, this week.

    North Riding - Citra.*
    Wild Weather - Surprisingly Limber.
    Stod Fold - Dr Rudi.

Last week's BOTW was Oakham Citra, this week it's the North Riding version.

    Thames Path and Pimlico.

    Five Points -- XPA
    St Austell -- Proper Job
Burton Bridge -- Draught Burton Ale
    Fullers -- Day Dreamer *
    Portobello -- APA *
    Beavertown -- Gamma Ray (keg)
Bira 91 -- White Beer (keg)
Thornbridge -- Civil Servants Boys Friday Pale Ale *
Burning Sky -- Tony Evans IPA *

The last two were brewed for Cask's 10th birthday celebration and BOTW goes to Burning Sky Tony Evans IPA,sublime and you would never guess it's 7% .Aurora on steroids and another contender for Beer of the Year.

Next week brief visit to Hanley then some Craft Beer Co. action.

A stay in Worcester which resulted in 2 visits to Stourbridge (don't ask!)

    Slater's Pacifica 3.5%
    Beartown Bluebeary 4.1%
    Batham's Best 4.3%
    Oakham The Experimentals 4.4%
    Wye Valley Butty Bach 4.5%
    Inveralmond Lia Fail 4.7%
    Acorn Admiral IPA 5.0%
    Heritage Empire IPA 5.2%
    Brewdog Punk IPA (keg) 5.4%
    Milestone Hammerhead Stout 5.6%
    Thornbridge Jaipur IPA 5.9%
    Coastal St Piran Porter 6.0%

Rather than repeat Jaipur I'm going for Batham's Best. It's a beer that defies all the rules as it's old school and superficially sweet yet isn't. Several pints were tried at £2.95 in their tied Stourbridge Royal Exchange.
