    Predictably a quiet week :-

Windsor & Eton Silent Knight Of The Garter 3.8%
    Crouch Vale Brewers Gold 4.0%
    Red Squirrel Resolution 4.2%
    Moncada Notting Hill Blonde 4.3%
ELB Walthamstow Beer Green Hopped Pale (bottle) 4.5%
ELB Walthamstow Beer Green Hopped Dark (bottle) 4.5%
    Brentwood Toblerone Stout 4.5%
    Salopian Kashmir 5.5%
    Marston's Old Empire 5.7%
    Dark Star Imperial Stout 10.5%

The easy winner is the Dark Star Imperial Stout at the annual ritual in the E17 Rose & Crown. It was £5.80 on Xmas Eve and £6.00 on Boxing Day. I got a free half pint on Boxing Day from a geezer who was collapsing into a black hole and thought he should immediately go home! The ELB bottles were a result of the so called IS and were expensive but pleasant enough.

Steady Rolling Man -- Pale *(keg)
    Burning Sky -- Plateau
    Thornbridge -- Tonttu
    Lagunitas -- IPA (keg)
Magic Rock -- High Wire *
Holler -- Heavy Lifting Stout *
    Marble -- Lagonda IPA (keg)
    Magic Rock -- Ringmaster
    Kent -- Clerkenwell Pale
Oakham -- Green Devil IPA *

BOTW went to Oakham Green Devil IPA on cask in The George and on absolutely top form.I sometimes see this on keg in some pubs, but the cask version was sublime.

I was in Cornwall over Christmas so their breweries dominate my list.

    St Austell - Cornish Best
    Skinners - Cornish Knocker
    Sharps - Sea Fury
    Padstow - Padstow Pilot
Cornish Brewery - St Blazey Bitter
    St Austell - Tribute
Goulds Cider - Miss Trellis' Cider
    St Austell - Proper Job
    Bass - Bass Premium Ale
St Austell - Hicks Strong Ale
    St Austell - HSD
    Sharps - Sharps Original
    Robinsons - Old Tom
Hardy & Hansons - Rocking Rudolph
Healy's Cornish Cyder Farm - Rattler Original
    Ossett - Nervous Turkey
    Tring - Abacus

Out of that lot my BotW is going to the Bass, largely because it was on gravity dispense and I always think that makes it taste better.
I've just joined Alcoholics Anonymous - I still drink, just under a different name.
