Quite a few SS pubs round Yorkshire have been shut for months on end now although the Tankard in Rufforth, Rose & Crown at Askham Richard (both near Tadcaster) and the Gardeners in Harrogate reopened fairly quickly. I believe the pubs side of things is subsidised by the property portfolio, it needs to be given the costs of his renovations. He is even older than me, at least 70, so he can't last for ever.......or can he?

This makes Tim Martin's efforts to shoot himself in the foot with his political rants and stupid bar policies look quite amateurish.
