    Smoking Goat

    This is a Filipino restaurant with no separate drinks. Could we change the name back to The White Horse, mark it as closed and delete the weblink? This brings into line with WhatPub?.

    It might be 95% Thai (not Filipino) restaurant, but its cantilever signs say it has a bar when I took a photograph the other day, the bar is mentioned several times (if you look hard) on its website (which is also www.smokinggoatbar.com) so it seems reasonable to conclude that it has a bar?
