I can now claim to have had an excellent pint of Jaipur in a suburb of Dublin :-

    Purity Bunny Hop 3.5%
Big Bog Harp Inn (rebadged Blonde Bach) 3.9%
    Lees Bitter (keg) 4.0%
    Conwy Welsh Pride 4.0%
    Caledonian Edinburgh Castle (keg) 4.1%
    Salopian Symphony 4.1%
Heritage St Modwen Golden Ale 4.2%
    Sharp's Atlantic 4.2%
    Brain's SA 4.2%
Trouble Brewing Dark Arts Porter (keg) 4.4%
    Adnam's Ghost Ship 4.5%
    Marston's Shipyard IPA (keg) 4.5%
    Marston's Pedigree (bottle) 4.5%
Blue Monkey Blubarb & Custard 4.8%
Hopcraft See with Your Eyes Touch With Your Hands 5.0%
    Stonehenge Danish Dynamite 5.0%
    Gloucester Dockside Dark 5.1%
    Greene King Abbot 5.0%
    Kelham Island Pale Rider 5.2%
Wild Horse Palamino Pale (keg) 5.4%
    Marston's Old Empire 5.7%
    Thornbridge Jaipur IPA 5.9%
    Big Bog Quagmire 6.0%
    Lees Moonraker 6.5%

The Jaipur is a contender but I'm going left field for the winner with the Blue Monkey Blubarb & Custard. I could well understand and wouldn't be at all offended if someone decided this was a BABOTW, I like rhubarb and for me this rhubarb and vanilla golden ale worked really well. It was an expensive £4.30 in the excellent Wellington in Brum.

    No pubs visited

So BOTW is awarded to several bottles of BrewDog Elvis Juice consumed quietly at home while saving myself for the onslaught in Newcastle Under Lyme.

Just a short list this week:

    4T's - Old School Mild
    Mallinsons - Bramling Cascade
    Mallinsons - Wappy Nick
    Outstanding - Blonde
    Bristol Beer Factory - Ellehammer
    Mallinsons - Stoutella
Arbor - The Ego has landed
    Exmoor - Stag
    Salamander - Pirates Stout
    Theakstons - Best Bitter

Mostly good although I got suckered by the Arbor as there was no mention of the dreaded Mosaic on the clip, anyway washed my mouth out with BOTW Mallinsons - Bramling Cascade an interesting hop mix that works well.

Uncharacteristically dyspeptic of you 'ob'. Do you despair because it's become so ubiquitous, or do you just not like the flavour profile?
