I've never heard of the Viking one but I have had Sam Smith's lager and their keg cider. I'm not sure about Saxon lager but before Young's went to rack and ruin there used to be drinks called "The thinking man's light and bitter" (Special and Ram Rod) and "The thinking man's brown and bitter" (Special and Old Nick). This was usually when the cask beer quality wasn't that great.
