Default Problem accessing Pubs Galore using Chrome

I was having some problems with Chrome at the weekend. First it denied me access to the Guardian website (this was on Friday, I think), saying that the website "sent an invalid response". It was OK by Saturday but that evening I got the same thing when I tried to go on Pubs Galore. I've been away for a few days and it was still the same when I got in this evening. I tried Internet Explorer and got a similar reaction.

I am writing this from my laptop, where I use Firefox. So, are other Chrome users having the same problem, or is it just me? And how do I fix it (apart from using Firefox on my PC too)?

...apparently by writing in the Requests slot on the Forum, as it is now working again in both Chrome and IE.
