    Default Brum

I'm on a crawl in Birmingham on October the 7th , meeting up with some of the folk from here, the main pubs have been sorted and are the following....
    Pure Craft
    Post Office Vaults
    Wellington
    Old Contemptibles
    Gunmakers
    Old Joint Stock
    Victoria
    Craven Arms

Any glaring omissions , hidden gems? Bearing in mind I alight at 11:18 and depart 20:04, Ideally within striking distance of New St stn.

The Queens Arms is usually worth a stop if you can walk a few minutes further out, and a BrewDog en route to the Craven Arms if you like that kind of thing. You could also try your luck at the Edmunds Brewhouse if walking to or from the Old Contemptibles.

Thanks, some worthy additions if time permits, BrewDog I can more than happily do , though I suspect it will not be on the agenda, possibly frowned upon by the rest of the crew I will be meeting up with.

The two best pubs of the trip for me was The Post Office Vaults and Craven Arms, the best beer was Elvis Juice, in the BrewDog of course, and the disappointment of the day was The Gunmakers Arms, just not very good and The Bull just around the corner being closed.

Well if you'd read my reviews, this would not be a surprise!
