    This one is not (yet) boarded up but seems to have stopped opening, there is a for lease sign outside and I guess the bottom line says it all "PUNCH TAVERNS"

    Hi OB,

    We have marked The Excelsior as closed. Punch Taverns do seem to be getting a certain reputation for their quality.
