The Burger Shack and Bar
With regard to the name change request below, I think this place IS called Fire Stables, formerly Burger Shack and before that, *The* Fire Stables, as per my name change request below.
This info came from the current issue of the London Drinker and although WhatPub? calls it Burger Shack, the two publications are often out of synch, with usually the LD being the more up-to-date; this branch of Burger Shack isn't listed on the franchise website and the Fire Stables website is very much active.
