Red Squirrel => Mad Squirrel

With the brewery name change from Red Squirrel to Mad Squirrel, the shops now need updating. They seem to have taken the name "Mad Squirrel Tap & Bottle Shop" according to the images on the website, so suggest this as the new nomenclature unless you suggest otherwise?

The locations requiring amendment are:

Amersham
Berkhamsted
Chesham
High Wycombe
