    Sparce week,mainly Hertford.

    Lacon's -- Falcon Ale *
    Mc Mullens -- Country Bitter
Dark Star -- American Brown *

Easy BOTW ,Dark Star American Brown sampled in The Old Cross Tavern.Beautifully balanced with the initial sweetness offset by subtle bitterness from plenty of simcoe hops .It slipped down a treat, dangerous at 5%.

Next week Easter boating in Leicestershire ,mainly Tiger country.

As it turned out not too bad, SE London and home based,
    Purity Pure Gold
    Purity Mad Goose
    Hop Back GFB
    Red Cat Tom Cat
    Dark Star Hophead
    Dark Star American Brown
    Trumans Runner
    Sambrooks Session Pale
    Sambrooks Pumphouse Pale
    Harveys Sussex Best
    Beavertown Neck Oil
    Vibrant Forest Simcoe
    Canopy Brockwell IPA
    Canopy Tall Trees IPA
    Bullfinch Wolf IPA

best beer enjoyed this week by far was Red Cat Tom Cat a 4.7% APA with flavours of sweet Clementine backed by a burnt Orange bitter back taste, strange but true, and it works, 3 pints plus was no problem.

    Kent

    A bit of a surprise.
Tonbridge-American Pale Ale 5%abv.Hoppy, but sweet. Not my favourite beer from Tonbridge.
Harvey's-Sussex Best Bitter 4%abv.On the fruity side.
Timothy Taylor-Landlord 4.3%. I've always liked this one, but up against SSB it came out on top.Keen and peppery, my BOTW.

Only a small list this week, saved by a visit to the Wolverhampton Great Western yesterday.

    Adnam's Southwold Bitter 3.7%
    Peerless Red Wheat 4.2%
    Salopian Lemon Dream 4.5%
    Greene King Abbot 5.0%
    Stonehenge Danish Dynamite 5.0%
    Holden's Special 5.1%
    Dancing Duck Abduction 5.5%
    Salopian Kashmir 5.5%
    Oakham Green Devil (Bottle) 6.0%
    Oakham Green Devil IPA 6.0%

The winner is the Salopian Kashmir as tried for £3.40 in the Great Western. The Abduction, Green Devil & Special were pretty good too.

    Fernandes - Mosaic.*
    Horbury - Sundown.
    Beer Ink - Red Weizen.
    Ossett - Silver Link
    Fernandes - Great Northern.*

Not much in it between the two Fernandes beers. However, as I've nominated the Great Northern several times recently, I'll give it to the Mosaic.

Electric Bear Inspector Remorse Porter. Fairly strong for a porter at 4.7%, but well worth a couple in The Baum.
