The owner must be a PuG member and saw your comment. He's just posted a message saying this is an old website from previous owners - who can't spell! You do have to wonder how the pub was run given that they paid so little attention to their website.

You'll be "presently surprised" at Greets Green Sports Bar, according to the puff posted by the landlord today. Now I'm one of the world's worst typists, and I've missed a few glaring errors in my time, but if you're promoting your own pub, wouldn't you proof read it before clicking "Save"?

I don’t wish to disparage any publicans with this sweeping statement, but I do find that their spelling and grammar do not necessarily match the passion that they have for their business. Maybe the art of conversation is more important than being able to spell when one works in a sports bar!

Excellent new review of this pub, apparently typed on a keyboard where the full stop key has been removed by a saboteur (possibly ROB Camra).

I didn't mention "barely literate" in the review, but I rest my case on the rest of it.

My favourite bit is "when I go in there this pub deserves a lot more".

Obviously some self promotion going on here,no rating ,fair enough and we learn that delicious bar meals and hand pulled real ales are available ,but nothing more about the pub, it seems more concerned with the fact its on a campsite to which the sole picture also bears testament to.
