Specifically the Commercial and Prince Regent (Herne Hill) and Nelson (Didsbury), in all of which I spent a great deal of my life, have changed so much.
    Ah, those halcyon (younger) days...
Mind you, the beer options weren't as varied back then, and probably still aren't in these venues.

Not at all Jim ,you enhance any pub we happen to share, . But you're right times have definitely moved on and pubs change, maybe not for the better, and I would bet the Commercial I had a drink in last Saturday was not as it once was in you're heyday.

The beer option in The Nelson was Doom Bar plus a turned around TT Landlord clip.

It's all pastel greens now and had 4 TVs showing differing racing channels, which is a lot considering it's really small!

After adding 8 yesterday in Boroughbridge and York my total has now risen to a modest 85. However this should increase significantly over May and June with 2 four day breaks booked to Brighton and London

145 at present after my rapid increases per week were curtailed by my drinking partner returning from his travels early.

8 new ones in Rawtenstall move me up to 55.

It's slow going so far this year.

After completing the Bermondsey Beer Mile today with a few extra pubs along the way and after, I've pushed on to 54.

    91, of which 23 were first-time reviews.

One of them (and I'm looking at you Dave) is still shown as closed even though I've tried to show it as open: Northover Manor Hotel

Pottering along to 61 new pub visits for the year to date.Newark and Selby should deliver a few new ticks during May.

A quiet April saw just three new visits added to the year's total, so now up to 123.
