This week apart from 3 or 4 in my local, the bulk of the variety comes from todays trip around Windsor.
    Red Cat Scratch
    Longman Long Blonde*
    Dark Star Hophead
    Dark Star American Pale Ale*
    McMullens IPA
Windsor & Eton Knight Of The Garter*
    Windsor & Eton Conqueror
    Windsor & Eton Park Life*
    Trumans Zephyr
    St Austell Tribute*
    St Austell Proper Job*
    Hammerpot RIPA
    Sadlers One Stop Hop
    Timothy Taylor Landlord
    Rebellion IPA*
    Phoenix Ale* (Marstons house beer)

Nothing particularly outshone the other but the Proper Job was the proper job and is BOTW.

    Kent: Old School

Harvey's Sussex Best Bitter 4%abv,taken in two local pubs. One sample considerably better than the other, though Bonfire related plastic mugs didn't help.

    A quiet week for me.

    Fernandes - Cascade Torrent.*
    Fernandes - Two Islands IPA.
    Ossett - New Generation IPA.*
North Cotswold - Hung, Drawn & Portered.*
    Beer Ink - Flagship IPA.
    Fernandes - Ten Degrees.

Easy winner was the New Generation. A big beer at 7%, but smooth and mellow, with masses of flavour from the Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe, used in dry hopping.

A small list as I've been working,

    Brewsters - Hop Quest
    Lees - British Autumn Ale
    Arundel - Milk Stout
    Maxim - Double Maxim
    Brouerie D'Achouffe - McChoufffe
    Marston's - Pedigree New World
    Ilkley - Ruby Jane
    Salamander - Golden Salamander
    Titanic - White Star
    Titanic - Plum Porter
    Navigation - Columbus
    Moles - Gold

BOTW Titanic White Star sampled at their Sun Inn in Stafford and strangely I preferred it to the Plum Porter also sampled there. The Double Maxim came close mind you.

Oxford odds and sods this week:

    Marston's EPA (3.6%)
    Wadworth IPA (3.6%)
    Rebellion IPA (3.7%)
    Banks Amber (3.8%)
Loose Cannon Scottish Smokehouse Ale (4.2%)
    XT Lest We Forget (4.2%)
    XT 2 (4.2%)
    Shotover Scholar (4.5%)
    Wychwood Hobgoblin (4.5%)
    XT 8 (4.5%)
    Okell's Olde Skipper (4.8%)
Deya Steady Rolling Man APA (keg) (5.2%)
    Kees Strawberry Fields (keg) (6.0%)
    Quilmes Bock (bottle) (6.3%)

The Kees was a decent Titanic Plum Porter-esque "chocolate oatmeal stout with lots of strawberries" tried at Oxford's impressive Pint Shop, but this week's gong goes to something that wasn't particularly outstanding, but is an easy drink, decent enough for a small session, is local (to me) and is brewed around this time every year to raise money for a good cause (Royal British Legion's Poppy Appeal):
