I just don't get why they can't accommodate a decent (more regular) bitter in a list that long. We still have folk who much prefer it and are often marginalised when out with the hopheads...
My call would be for summat like Tiger to cater for a diverse clientele.

There's no (real) cider at the Vulcan, the Star or the Magic Rock Tap. Don't know about the Corner - I usually note cider if I see it, so as it's not mentioned in my review, probably not. There's real cider at the Grove, but it's almost certainly pale and hoppy.

We have lying snow in The Dale. Maybe a treat in store for you Southerners.

Peeing down in North Yorkshire and rain is forecast all day for Hudd but on the bright side it's a balmy 2-3 degrees so no need for thermals .

Due to arrive at 11:55 so will head directly from the platform all the way to the Kings Head.

1245 arrival is 6 late. Shan't be long, please won't drink all the beer.

Good turn-out of those able to make it today (despite the foul weather), and plenty of decent pubs and beer to share in good company. Until next time (and if you haven't been before, do come along!).
