The latest Leeds CAMRA e-letter notes that Collingham Ales has ceased brewing, after five years. As far as I know, it was pretty much a one man operation and didn't have a large range, but I recall the Artisans golden ale being decent.

Appleford in Oxon have gone. They've been around a fair while but it's fair to say that consistency was a concept they never fully got their head round.
I hear Hop Art are to close although there is nothing on their website at the moment about that. I thought their beers were fairly average.Possibly another victim of sticking with the pub Co's.

Have read that Buntingford Brewery has stopped trading.Always liked their beers.
Wharfebank have ceased brewing at Pool-In-Wharfedale.
Rumour is that they may continue to cuckoo brew elsewhere.
I don't think I've had a beer of theirs that I thought was really good anyway.
