A rampage from Bristol to Penzance produced this plus a few ciders some of which were better than many of these beers:-

    RCH Hewish Mild 3.6%
    Blue Anchor Flora Daze 4.0%
    Hunter's Half Bore 4.0%
    Butcombe Bitter 4.0%
Cornish Crown One Hop Grain 4.1%
    St Austell Tribute 4.2%
    Oakham Citra 4.2%
    Wychwood Hobgoblin Gold 4.2%
    Cotleigh Lemon Ale 4.3%
    Marston's Pedigree 4.5%
    Quantock White Hind 4.5%*
    Tintagel Poldark Ale 4.5%
    Hook Norton Nerdherder IPA 4.6%
    Cornish Crown SPA 4.8%*
    Dartmoor Jail Ale 4.8%
    JDW Everard's Defender 4.8%
    Exmoor XPA 4.8%
    Blue Anchor Spingo Middle 5.0%
    Twisted Oak Sheriff Fatman 5.0%*
    Skinner's Seven Hop 5.0%*
Cornish Crown Red IPA (keg) 5.9%
    Exmoor Beast 6.6%
    Blue Anchor Spingo Special 6.6%
    Hunter's Full Bore 6.8%

The Skinner's one just gets a star as it's the only one of their beers I've tried that I didn't find boring. The winner is Twisted Oak Sheriff Fatman as tried for £2.85 in the Bristol Commercial Rooms JDW.

Burning Sky-Saison d' hiver 4.2%abv. A new direction for me ,not having tried a Saison before, nor having knowingly drank a keykeg product . Both elements were agreeably satisfied by this austerely hazy beer, taken at The Thomas Tallis Alehouse, a recently opened possible East Kent Micro.
Wantsum-Montgomery IPA 4%abv.The New World hops were not to the fore. Some lactic back taste.A reasonably well established Kent Micro, until now untried by me.
    My BOTW-Burning Sky-Saison l'hiver.

As mentioned by Mr F, a thoroughly enjoyable evening in Bristol was the highlight of the week:

    Stella
    Marstons Bass*
London Brew Company Never Mind the Kent Hops
    ELB Nightwatchman
    Vibrant Forest Black Forest*
King Street Brew House White Trash*
    Siren Craft Vermont Tea Party*
    Kingston Farm Brewery Rotavator
    Oakham Bishops Farewell*

BOTW King Street Brew House - White Trash. A very drinkable American IPA in great nick at the relatively new and fun King Street Brew House.

An interesting week with almost more contenders for BABOTW than BOTW which is still a hard choice

    Vocation Heart & Soul*
    Williams Bros The Juniper Tree
    North Brewing Prototype
    Harrogate Vanilla Porter*
    Bad Co Satisfaction
    North Riding Kiwi Mild
    Okells IPA
    Black Sheep Black Sheep Ale
    Cannon Royall Fruiterers Mild
    Wobbly Brewing American Amber*
    Teme Valley Talbot Blonde
    St George's Lazy Days
Greene King Back of the Net
    Marstons Selador*
    Banks's Mild
    Wye Valley HPA
    Ledbury 48th Parallel
    Rudgate Jorvik
    Yorkshire Heart IPA
    Taylors Landlord
    Ghost Sylvanas*
Vocation Chop & Change “El Dorado”*

    Rudgate Ruby Mild

However by a short nose, Wobbly Brewing American Amber tried in the Bull Baiters in Worcester.
