    Default Oxfordshire change

    The Harrow at Enstone (http://www.pubsgalore.co.uk/pubs/57995/) is now the Artyard Cafe but appears to still have a bar serving beers.
    On leaving the bar, I felt a strong blow to the back of my head. Turning round, I discovered it was the pavement
