A visit to Derby and Chesterfield this weekend added 9 more pubs which
was a surprise as I've been to both quite a lot previously.
Now on 97.
A pub is for life not just for Christmas
After picking up a few more pubs in Reading, Brighton in the last week and London yesterday I am now up to 172.
I will be picking up some more on next Fridays Pug trip to Oxford.

I'm in Bishops Castle next Friday so I'll think of you being fleeced in Oxford while hurling back pints of cheap Six Bells and Three Tuns beers.

As we didn't make it to Leicester for the beer festival this year, we went in yesterday with a friend to have a bit of a crawl, and got to 3 pubs new to us, raising our total to 31 for this year. We had hoped to get into Brood, but it was closed, and the new micro pub Blue Boar is still very much work in progress. They said they were hoping to open in a couple of weeks, but if they are realistic, it may be mid August.
Alcohol doesn't solve problems .... but then again, neither does milk.
Got a backlog of reviews but am on about 300, with 164 (though only 163 on the list, as I need Dave to re-run) Quinnos
New pubs really ground to a halt at 243 just visited 576 so far this year which seems a better figure.
9 new pubs in Oxford on a sunny Friday now puts me on 181.

Finally reached three figures with 11 new pubs in Oxford yesterday. Now on 107.
