Right lets sort out some details for the meet-up.What time 12.00 or earlier. As Bucking has to be in Kingscross for 6.00 its best we do a central London crawl as it wastes time going out to the suburbs and there are loads of interesting pubs that the possible attendees haven't been to.Quinno,s the only one who may have to do re-visits. Possible pub list to follow.

No point meeting at a Wetherspoons. What about the Harp.Good beer I find helps for the first one.We can start at Trafalger square then along the Strand ,up through Clerkenwell towards Kings cross. We can change any pub for a better one as we go along.

I'm sure you're up to speed John but some pubs are notorious for not playing ball between xmas and New year, i.e closing for the week or reducing beer range, a little pre visit investigation may be required, I have fallen foul before.

Harp will be an excellent start, open from 10.30 officially , a bit earlier for those in the know.
Prices have now gone up but there is a significant discount with a CAMRA card.

Damn, I did not know that! But even without discount, still cheaper than less worthies in the area.
Some on that list I'll have to look up, you not having the Whippet on-map in the Euston direction?
I still hope to join for a couple post-work, I guess I'll need a contact number from one of the principals if you wouldn't mind pm-ing me...
    Cheers, j

Tried to find new pubs(although only 2 for me) and most of us have done the Whippet which is slightly out of the way.
