An eclectic week on the beer front.

    Titanic -- White Star*
    Titanic -- Plum Porter *
    Roosters -- Honey & Simcoe
    Gadds -- No. 5 *
    Timothy Taylor -- Landlord
    ELB -- Cowcatcher *
    Redemption -- Fellowship Porter *
London Beer Factory --Chelsea Blonde *

Some decent brews in there and the Plum Porter was outstanding but having nominated it quite often,I'm going to ring the changes for BOTW = London Beer Factory Chelsea Blonde,a new brewer to me and this was a great quaff despite the name in The Rose,Borough

Next week a session in Hoxton Hipsterville so should be some purlers.

    A threadbare week,
    Darkstar Hophead
    Darkstar American Pale Ale
    Woodfordes Wherry
    Oakham Citra

All good but BOTW is easily the Oakham Citra

A similar austere week expected next week.

A poor selection this week with all but the Rebellion beer being tried in Spoons :-

    Loddon Reading Bitter 4.0%*
Windsor & Eton Windsor Knot 4.0%
    Rebellion Jolly Roger 4.2%*
    Adnam's Ghost Ship 4.5%
    Three Castles Corn Dolly 4.7%*
    Stonehenge Old Smokey 5.0%*
    Windsor & Eton Conqueror 5.0%*
    Sadler's Hop Bomb 5.0%*
    Adnam's Black Knight 5.0%*

I'm going for the Loddon Reading Bitter which I was expecting to be a boring brown beer but turned out to be a reasonably tasty pale ale. It's not a classic but was very good at the Falcon in High Wycombe for £2.05.

    BOTW Loddon Reading Bitter

    Not a bad week:

    Titanic White Star*
    Titanic Plum Porter*
    Sadlers Peaky Blinder
    Gadds No. 5*
    TT Landlord*
    Blue Monkey Marmalape*
    Oakham Bishops Farewell*

As ever, both Titanic beers were excellent and I enjoyed the Gadds No.5 but BOTW is Blue Monkey Marmalape. Very drinkable at 4.5% and the name describes it well.

BOTW is Cromarty Happy Chappy at 4.1% a nice easy drinking hoppy blonde ale.

The last time I had this beer was in 2012 in Dagda Bar in Edinburgh.

Nice to see it travelled well to The Baum.
