    Kent
Old Dairy-Cattle Shed APA:4.5%. Bit different from Old Dairy's usual offering.Assertive hopseaches, bit of grass in there.

    A Corfoit list
    Mythos
    Alfa
    Corfu Beer Special Red
    Corfu Beer Pilsner
Vast quantitys of all taken , but happy to discover Corfu Beer, a real ale brewery est 2009 and the only such on the island, bottled, served chilled as you would expect given the climate but not bad at all.
BOTW is the Pilsner, they do a few other beers including an IPA and a black beer I hope to track down over the next week.

A day in the West Midlands and a half day in thundery Essex so a reasonable list :-

    Banks's Mild 3.5%*
    George's Brickfield IPA 3.6%
    Holden's Black Country Mild 3.7%*
    Holden's Black Country Bitter 3.8%*
    Morton Essington Blond 4.0%
    Greene King Ale'oha 4.1%
    Hobgoblin Gold 4.2%
Maldon Brewing Co Puck's Folly 4.2%
    Mighty Oak Kings 4.2%*
    Truman's Lazarus 4.2%*
    Burton Bridge Snapshot 4.5%
    Derby Double Mash 4.6%*
    Sharp's Point Break 4.6%
    Grey Friars Auld Jack 4.7%
    Backyard Chinook IPA 5.0%
    Caledonian Golden Promise 5.0%
    Sadler's Hop Bomb 5.0%*
    Sharp's Special 5.0%
    Holden's Special 5.1%*
Sarah Hughes Dark Ruby Mild 6.0%
    Elland Hoptomiser 6.5%*

The comfortable winner is the Elland Hoptomiser as tried in the Great Western at £3.50. This certainly proved to me that Elland aren't a one trick pony.

    Modest week

    Adnams -- Southwold Bitter
    Clarkshaws -- Strange Brew no. 1 *
    Brecon Brewing -- Red Beacon
Marstons -- Pedigree New World Pale Ale *

BOTW goes to Clarkshaws Strange Brew no.1 from The Parcel Yard ,Kings Cross. Brewed hazy, interesting hops in a balanced brown beer it slipped down with ease. Not come across this Brixton based micro before.

Next week looking ropey apart from some pre match pints.

    Magic Rock The Magic Spanner
    Tapped Rodeo
    Darkstar Expresso Stout
    Waen Snowball
    Firestone Walker Union Jack IPA
    Castle Rock Harvest Pale
    Brewsters Music Hall
    Tydd Steam Ratcatcher
    Falstaff Phoenix
    Lincoln Green Tuck
    Oakham Citra
    Blue Monkey 99 Red Baboons
    Three Boys IPA
    Rudgate Chocolate Stout
    Vocations Heart & Soul

Difficult choice but it's Magic Rock The Magic Spanner for me.

La Sitgetana Sant Bartomeu Pale Ale. A 5.2% drop of pure, tasty lovliness in a sea of Estrella.

La Sitgetana is Sitges' own brewpub. 6 taps on the bar, mainly serving their own ales with an occasional guest.

I drank more pints of this over our 2 weeks here than anything else, apart from the ubiquitous Estrella.

A massive bonus to find a brewpub in a Spanish town.
