Linking new pubs on PuG to WhatPub

Hello,

I subbed The Ark the other day (thanks for the super-quick add, btw). As yet it doesn't link to WP (http://whatpub.com/pubs/SWM/9/ark-maidenhead). Is this a manual process that's run at SQL level every now and again or was it overlooked in the transfer over? Should a box be added on the submission process for the WP link to help?

Yeah it is partly that and to be honest some of the process tends to be even more manual than that. I have certainly matched up several thousand of them myself by eye as well. I need to work on it and make a useful process that I can open up to members of the site, it is there on the enormous to-do list.
