"At that moment I would have given a kingdom, not for champagne or hock and soda, or hot coffee but for a glass of beer" Marquess Curzon of Kedlestone, Viceroy of India.
A trip to Burton provided my POTM, although its had some negative comments I was particularly taken with the Coopers Tavern
Eagle Ale House Top notch boozer.
"Everybody's got to believe in something. I believe I'll have another beer."

The Chequers,an unexpected gem in Stevenage and a pub which proved that it is sometime worth going in a Greene King pub when on the look out for decent ale.
"Good people drink good beer" Hunter S Thompson
For me it's The Cross Keys Inn

Post Office Vaults in Birmingham. Enjoyed 4 new cask ales, and a couple of very good Clown Shoes bottles from USA.
Alcohol doesn't solve problems .... but then again, neither does milk.
