    Was there last night - nice pint (with the pour scrutinised via the CCTV feed and served in an oversized glass, which seem quite rare these days).

    Wylam, The Boathouse. Yorkshire beer festival on and apparently Thai food at lunch... Which I'll find out shortly.

    One for Mudgie, drinking a rather good Draught Bass in the White Star in Liverpool. Here all weekend as we’re avoiding the Tour de Yorkshire or Tour de Fek as we call it. Might do Chester on Sunday as there’s some bloody running about thing on in the ‘Pool then.

    You sure? the 'rocknroll marathon' is listed as 26 May?
    I'm planning to aim for Wigan Sunday, if still standing in the middle of a 3-day endurance test oop North...

    5k in Sefton Park today (sat), 10k in city centre tomorrow.

    I saw no sight of the Thai food unfortunately. Had to make do with a half pint of peanuts in the Dun Cow in Sunderland!
