Southampton Arms Gospel Oak. ELB Orchid and a pork bap with apple sauce on the way. Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes on vinyl. Perfect Sunday afternoon.

Platform Ale House, Albrighton station. Testing out the proposed crawl.
"Stuck" here for one hour until the next train. Glad there are six beers on to pass the time! ν Όν½»
Signed up for the Shropshire Camra Mild in May. Must get to the Golden Triangle to get some more Mild stickers.

Sorry for the double post. My mobile browsers fault for saying that it hadn't been sent. Then the battery ran out!
Made the Oakengates Golden Triangle but missed out on the Crown this time, due to the quality of Bathams Bitter in the Station and having to buy Mild as well. It's a long walk back to Wales if I'm late! No sign of Oggy or "Mrs" Great this time.
I agree with Oggwyn that just one hour in the "Triangle" will not do justice to the 25 to 30 beers in three great pubs (three quick halves at my drinking speed!).

    Brewers Arms

They're having a beer festival. 34 ales and 6 ciders.

Still a few left to sample.

The Duke, Holborn, unfortunately no East India Pale, but the Hackney APA is very good
