Odd one in Claygate

I see the Griffin in Claygate (35700) now appears as 'The Swan and Griffin'. This is incorrect: it remains The Griffin. The Swan is a separate pub the other side of town. I expect the confusion is because the two pubs are now under the same ownership and have a shared Twitter feed named 'The Swan and Griffin', albeit each actual pub retains its separate name.
