It was actually supposed to be greater than 500, but there was a problem introduced when we did a private message fix a while back (fixed a few more things than we expected). So we have have set it to 650 and got it working again.

If you want to set your title Ark, click on settings in the top right, then the Edit Profile on the left and it should be the second option down the page - Custom User Title under optional information.
