Name Change in Walworth London

The Grand Junction in Walworth is now called The Tankard

I have changed the Grand Union in Walworth to The Tankard - I'm pretty sure it's the right one as there's a photo from last year showing the name on the inn sign. However, I found a reference here to "The Grand Union (formerly the Tankard), 111 Kennington Road" and a mention also for The Tankard, a "Mock Tudor pub on the Walworth Road", so clearly this one. I get the feeling that a previous name change has resulted in the wrong Tankard on this site being changed to Grand Union.
