    Short list this week,
    Darkstar American Pale Ale 4.7%
    Darkstar Hophead 3.8%
    Darkstar Hylder Blonde 4.2%
    Acorn Transatlantic IPA 5.0%
    Langhams Saison 3.9%

The Hylder Blonde was excellent over the couple of days the 18 gallons lasted in my local but I have to give BOTW to Acorn Transatlantic IPA which was sensational drank in of all places a Wetherspoons !!!

    A fairly quiet week :-

    Portobello VPA 4.0%
    Inveralmond Scotland Homecoming 4.2%
    Oakleaf Nuptu' Ale 4.2%
Brewsters Hop A Doodle Doo 4.3%
    Hawkskead Drystone Stout 4.5%
    Tring Tea Kettle Stout 4.7%
    Westerham 1965 4.8%
    Brodie's Old Street Pale 5.0%
    Clarence & Frederick's Amarillo 5.0%
    Adnam's Enraptured 5.5%

Unlike Moby the Spoons visit outside my normal manor was a disappointment. The Tea Kettle Stout was a good one but even better was the Hawkskead Drystone Stout at £3.75 in the Harp near Trafalgar Square.

Had beer from 4 new (to me) breweries this week
    just a minute-stoppy back 4.2 decent
    golden triangle -citrapolis liked this
    poppyland -ipa 7.0 awfull
big rabbit -hedgerow hooligan-strange taste but enjoyable
    but once again
hammerton -n7 pale ale was very good and BOTW.
3 beers from this brewery and all have been excellent.Cant think of many brewers who have nailed their first 3 beers.

    Kent:
Old Dairy-Sun Top 3.6%ABV:very pale, nettley hops, almost old school.
Hop Fuzz-Yellow Zinger 3.7%ABV:silly name,I thought it would have ginger in it.However, I was wrong.Great depth of flavour for its strength, bushells of hops.Incredibly drinkable.
Westerham-Finchcocks Original 3.5%ABV:clip said citrus, I thought pepper.Anyway a decent refreshing pint.Malty with a long bitter finish. Served too warm on the warmest day.
My BOTW-Hop Fuzz Yellow Zinger, taken at The Three Chimneys

    Bit of boating through Cheshire.

    Marble -- Ginger
    Marble -- Lagonda IPA
    Marble -- Dobber
    Marble -- Summer
    Robinson's -- Hartley Cumbrian Way
    Robinson's -- Citra Pale
    Wychwood -- Jester Jack
    Tetley's -- Bitter
    Merlin's -- Excalibur
    Skinners -- Cornish Knocker
    Beartown -- White Bear

BOTW goes to Marble Lagonda IPA supped in the avant garde surroundings of 57 Thomas Street direct from the barrel, but still an outstanding pint.

Salopian Kinetic. It should really be called Kinell.

A 6.5% total hopbomb that tastes its strength but still leaves you wanting more.

I had quite a few in the Baum last weekend.
