Unfortunately, it looks increasingly likely that I'm going to have to pass on this one.

EDIT - 28/10
Meet
The Knights Templar (JD Wetherspoon)
Then to
Barley Mow at 12
Then
Bridge Inn - quick half
Then back central to
Seven Stars for the 'second gathering' at 1-1.30
down Queen Charlotte St, a set of three
The Beer Emporium
Small Bar
The Famous Royal Navy Volunteer
Then a bit of a stroll (10 mins) up King St, over the water past College Green to
The Three Tuns
From here we can either push on down the Hotwells Rd to

and the beer boat of Grain Barge
From here (or Three Tuns!), back into town - mainly to head towards
The Bank Tavern
And finishing at
The Cornubia
Kings Head
For a fairly simple exit to Temple Meads
This is a suggested route and very much a work in progress - I'm looking for others to chime in well-before the day and suggest any alternative pubs or routes! Thanks to jon who posted some stuff a while back
8-10-12 depending on your preferences. I've left out places like the Gryphon, Eldon House, Hare on the Hill and Colston Yard as I think the hill (and time spent yomping) may do for some. I'm trying to keep it flat - there'll be plenty of walking even then!
One last point - I've not considered cider (there's plenty of it!). Is anyone coming who wants to grapple with the apple?

It is a tough one. I do worry particularly about trying to do the Seven Stars in the latter part of the day - after 5 on a Friday it is usually heaving, would be much better to do it early. However I think being in that area towards the end is good for getting back to the station.
Perhaps start with the Seven Stars and then come back to Cornubia/Kings Head at the end?
Come On You Hatters!
We may be seeing Roger - I've just had an email from him. He's checking trains.
