Plenty of good ones this week but none really outstanding plus the duff Partridge in a Brighton Spoons:-

    Goacher's Fine Light Ale 3.7%
    Dark Star Pertridge Best 4.0%
    Dark Star Espresso 4.2%
    Inveralmond Thrappledouser 4.3%
    Goldmark Hop Idol 4.4%
    Harvey's Armada Ale 4.5%
    Goacher's Crown Imperial Stout 4.5%
East London Brewing Company Nightwatchman 4.5%
    Arundel Stronghold 4.7%
    Belleville Chestnut Porter 4.9%
    Wolf Woild Moild 4.8%
Wild Card Queen Of Diamonds IPA 5.0%
    Long Man Golden Tipple 5.0%
    RCH East Street Cream 5.0%
    Brodie's Old Street Pale 5.0%
    Adnam's Publican Hoppy Ale 5.5%
    Belleville Thames Surfer 5.7%

The winner is Belleville Chestnut Porter in the Wild Card Brewery Taproom at £3.30. This is a brewery that hasn't impressed so far, but are now hopefully improving.

A few decent beers this week ,
    Darkstar- Hophead 3.8%
    Otley- 03 Boss 4.4%
    Sambrook's- Lavender Hill 4.5%
    Oakham- JHB 3.8%
    Oakham- Paranoid 5.2%
Bad Seed- South Pacific Pale Ale 5.8%
Popes- MWA (Mild With Attitude) 3.8%
    Tiny Rebel IPA 5.5%
Kings Evolution - Northern Lights 4.2%
The best of a very good bunch was Popes MWA ,didn't strike me as being a mild but incredible flavour packed into a 3.8% beer,1 half soon became three, enjoyed in a second successful visit to The Old Red Lion .

Any more info on that one, I'm hoping it's not keg, is it a Black IPA and the ABV?
I'm long overdue a visit to the Cock Tavern.
