The Weather Station's website describes it as being '...brewed with honey, maple and infused with locally roasted single origin coffee. Sweet and rich with chocolate tones and a gentle smoky finish'.
    But did you like it?

    No!

I was given a taster by the barman who warned me how sweet it was and initially it seemed ok. I went for a half but only really just managed to finish it; a whole pint would've defeated me - I think Wild Weather needs to benefit from climate change. Fortunately, an excellent pint of Mallinsons Porter was on hand by way of thirst aid.

Tasters are quite often not definitive, great you had the Mallisons option.

Spotted at the Cock Tavern last night, danger awaits the cider drinker too.

Something I can't remember at Wolfpack last night, which tasted of fish.

Leigh on Sea - Brewberry. Now I know what it's like to sniff and drink a urine sample.

Yes. I've had other Leigh beers and they're fine, but this was supposed to be sour with a berry taste which isn't really what I wanted but had little choice. No berry taste or hops or anything; not a beer IMHO.

Not bad for 11% though - extraordinary stuff too.
