Tried this in the Blue Lion, Gray's Inn Road. Absolutely dire, can't believe a beer could taste that bad...
Ah so! I paid £3.95 for a half of Harviestoun's Bitter & Twisted - and that was three-and-a-half years ago. Nice pub though.

Yep a pretty poor brewery imo. They have taken over 2 pubs in London the very good King and Co in Clapham and the decent Hack and Hop off Fleet St.Can only think they will be worse rather than better pubs

    Hardy & Hanson’s Rocking Rudolph

Ordered by accident with just a third managed followed swiftly by an emergency San Miguel!

So there is a chink in Sheffield's armour. "...with hints of tropical fruit..." - more like overpoweringly acidic.

    Also:

    This...

...and this, both at The Ledger Building (Lloyds No 1).

Spotted in a GK pub near Redditch this afternoon. I am fully aware that it's bloody awful even when at its best. I assume the last tubs left the brewery in December so I really can't imagine what this example was like.

Are you sure it was the fault of the brewery? I've had plenty of Little Critters beers, and none of them have been acidic. Perhaps you should name and shame the pub where you bought it.

I agree, their beers are common in Northern Spoons and I've not had a problem other than the haze you often get with strong hoppy beers.
I've only been to the Ledger Building once and that was in the morning years ago. I see it's currently GBG listed.

Not good enough for chips I'd wager.
