I'm afraid I allowed myself to be misled about The Flying Monk. There was a reference to a bar on the website associated with John Maher's photography project, but on visiting Leverburgh last week there is clearly no bar there - just a workshop. The woman at the post office spoke fondly of the Flying Monk, but it's his nickname and professional tag, not the name of a pub. Please delete. Sorry.
