They don't all look like micropubs to me but who cares!

My money is on aqualung topping this list!

I've not been to either Ludlow or Stonehouse breweries and have never even heard of Trefonen. AH states that the Barley Mow there is a friendly village local which is enough to tell me it is NOT a micropub. I first went to the All Nations back in the 1970s so how is that possibly a micropub? There's no way that the Pheasant is one either nor is the Salopian Tap Room (it's only open Saturday afternoon and Friday evening!). The Weavers just down the hill from Kidderminster Station is defo a micropub but I don't see that the other Weavers is one but I haven't been there!
Anyway, that means I've been to 7. For my money they should have included the Platform Ale House at Albrighton but as it says the Midlands I'm sure I could make a list!.

I'm absolutely certain that RAR has been to more micropubs than I have!

I'm going to clarify this by saying that a friendly village local is always going to be a pub BUT a micropub could conceivably over the years become a friendly village local which I believe the original Butchers Arms in Herne village has probably achieved. I'm sure that makes everything crystal clear (I know what I mean even if nobody else does!).

A big fat zero for me. Shurely the title is an oxymoron?

    Philistine!

I'm adding them to my to-do list. It may take me a few years to get to the likes of Camberley, but the journey will "shurely" be well worthwhile.

The Camberley pub is around 10 miles away from me, the Whatpub description does not inspire, It may take a few years for me to get there.I could take one for the team but don't hold your breath.

How can a pub built less than 75 years ago be "Historic"?

What's the significance of 75 years?

It says post-war pubs. I suspect some or even all of them are less old than that.
